Is there an adapter available to run one of the Nemo-bus sound cards on a zx spectrum?

Ok done some more searching and reading...

Power, data and address lines are easy.

The ones I'm not sure on...

/DOS
/IODOS
/IORQGE

Anyone more tech minded than me, got any ideas please?

I'm not sure, but I believe it will work for TSFM card as well.
